Early Bird registration incentives.  We will be holding drawings for troops participating in Early Bird registration.  For troops that renew 50% of their girls AND two leaders by the 23rd of April, those troops will be entered into drawing for a chance to win one of three inflatable Luci Lights.  For troops that renew 75% of their girls AND two leaders by the 30th of April, they will be entered into a drawing to receive one of three folding wagons.  Finally, for troops that renew 100% of their girls AND two leaders, they will be entered into a drawing to receive a Luci Light AND a folding wagon.  Troops Leaders who know that there are girls who will not be returning must contact me with that information so that we can make certain that rosters are updated no later than COB April 30th, no exceptions.
